*FORMAT: You be assigned a one hour poster presentation session. During this time, you will stand near your poster. As participants move through the poster area, they may stop by your poster and ask you to share with them.

*MATERIALS: We will have easels available for posters to be mounted on. If you have a thin backed/paper poster, you will need to bring you own hard backing or cardboard for the correct size, as well as clips to hold it in place. We will also have tables available for free standing trifold posters.

*POSTER UP FOR THE WHOLE CONFERENCE: We ask that you leave the poster up during the length of the entire research conference. Set it up on Tuesday (the day before) and leave it up through Thursday We will place a note on your poster that indicates to participants which 1 hour time frame you will be available for questions and discussion.

*ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled poster session.

*DRESS CODE: It is recommend that you dress professionally or business casual.
